Awesome time! Chill place to sit and smoke with friends and enjoy some delicious food! The menu for sheesha was full of choices, we went with the hawai vip flavour and were not let down! A fruity smooth smoke with a nice menthol finish! I had the chicken adanas with rice. So flavourful! My new favourite dish! Definitely coming back!

Today we have visited this place for the first time (spoiler alert: it’s not gonna be the last). The place meets you with simple but cozy decor and friendly staff. The lady working there helped us to choose the best hookah for us since it was our first time here. We ordered Hawaii hookah that was super fresh and pleasant. I have to mention that the guy working there paid special attention to our visit, checking us out time-after-time making sure hookah worked perfectly- I have to note that that’s the only place staff actually pays attention to your hookah, in other places you always have to call someone out, check coals condition for yourself and if you are not an experienced smoker it could be a problem- but not with this place, 10/10 for sure. We weren’t quite hungry today (gonna check more of a menu next time), but garlic parmesan fries stole our hearts - crispy, full of flavours, yummy 10/10 Place to visit to have a good time, to relax and to enjoy everything!

This place is the perfect spot to hang out with friends, offering incredibly delicious food that's arguably the best in the city, outstanding service and ambience full of vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend it.

I recently tried the shisha at this place, and it was hands down the best I've ever had in Winnipeg! Kamal was incredibly friendly and kind, offering 10/10 service. We also tried the falafel, and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great shisha experience and tasty food.

Great spot. Nice atmosphere, good hookah and drink menu but the food was what impressed me the most. All fresh ingredients, house made sauces - it was delicious. Great job Kamal! I’ll be back

C9 has a great atmosphere with a great food options with multiple choices of flavour to add to your meal. I have been to other shisha lounges and they have the best shisha by far with coconut charcoal. They have tons of flavours and mixtures to choose from. It’s a very laid back and lowkey vibe, which is hard to find these days. I would recommend this place to those who enjoy good quality shisha and appreciate exceptional customer service. Also, the owner is awesome and you can tell he enjoys getting to know his customer and understanding their needs.
